It emerges from seemingly ordinary elements held exquisitely.
People. Place. Presence.
When these meet with intention, care, and skill, extraordinary things become possible.
I empower healers, teachers, and space holders to design and lead quality, relational work that lands— with aliveness, authenticity, and the dignity of all participants kept intact.

I work with government, non-profit, Indigenous-led, and private sector groups on workshops, strategy sessions, and multi-stakeholder engagements ranging from hours to several days.

I produce, direct, and design live events of all sorts. From a private gala at the Vancouver Aquarium to a live national broadcast at the Legislature buildings to a community lan-based celebration of the seasons.

In ecology, a keystone species is the one that holds the whole system together, disproportionately essential relative to its size. That's the kind of role I've often found myself playing in teams, on projects, in rooms, and in the field.
I have a particular gift for holding the big picture and the many moving parts at the same time, without losing sight of the people at the centre of it all.
Whatever the context, one thing is consistent. I genuinely care. About the people, the work, the outcomes, and how we treat each other along the way. Always with the earth and the more-than-human close, informing, holding, co-creating alongside us.

Relational Weave is my primary offering where I empower healers, teachers, and space holders to design and lead collective offerings with skill and presence, and more of themselves.
The world needs more peer-to-peer gathered spaces led by people with passion, lived experience, and dedication. We are not short on offerings. We are short on offerings that are held well.
Gathered spaces that offer learning, healing, or experience are both exciting and risky. Those leading have the power to help and the capacity to cause harm.
Most of us were never taught how to recognize or name when power is being misused in facilitated spaces. But we can feel it.
The narcissist leader.
The cool-girl teacher who acts more like a bully in one-on-one conversations.
The subject matter expert who drives right through a participant's request in the moment.
Expertise and authority alone have never been enough to deliver quality, work that lands and keeps everyone's dignity intact.
People will remember how you made them feel, more vividly than the content itself. The way you deliver matters just as much as what you deliver. And without guidance, it's very easy to replicate the very patterns or practives you are trying to avoid.
If you want to lead a group offering with presence and skill, or if you're holding yourself back because you think you can't - I've got you.
Through our work together, your content will land the way you intend, your people will feel met, and you'll go home feeling proud and resourced.
You have a virtual or in person room full of people with different perspectives, competing priorities, and a shared goal. My job is to design and hold the conditions for that room to actually work — so something gets decided, built, or moved forward that couldn't have happened without everyone in it.
I work with government, non-profit, Indigenous-led, and private sector organizations on workshops, strategy sessions, and multi-stakeholder engagements ranging from a few hours to several days. I bring structure without rigidity, emergence without chaos, and the kind of presence that helps a room find its way through complexity to clarity.
No event, gathering, or celebration just happens. Each one is designed and tended by a team with intention, precision, and a particular kind of care for what people feel when they walk in, what they participate in while they're there, and what they remember when they walk out.
Over twenty years, I have produced, directed, and designed live events across music, fashion, sport, conference, cultural celebration, and community sectors.
From intimate gatherings to venues holding thousands. From a private gala at the Vancouver Aquarium to a live national broadcast at the Legislature Buildings. From the world's first Eco-fashion Week to Disney's Industrial Light and Magic.
If you have an event that matters and you need an experienced collaborator to help shape, hold, or refine it, I'm here.
Let's PLAY, COLLABORATE and MAKE the worldS we dream about A reality.
